2025: You could ignore AI.

2026: You can't.

Here are my 2026 predictions:

  1. The one-person unicorn becomes real. $1B valuation. Zero human employees.

  1. Micro-companies explode. One person plus AI serving a weird niche. Legit career now.

  1. Jobs become gigs. AI handles 80% of knowledge work. Humans curate and direct.

  1. Middle management gets replaced by algorithms. Coordination, reporting, oversight. Automated.

  1. Businesses using AI pull ahead. Everyone else can't catch up.

  1. Search dies. LLMs replace blue links. Google as we know it fades.

  1. Intelligence costs drop to near-zero. Law, medicine, consulting deflate.

  1. Expert advice becomes a utility. What cost $500/hour becomes free.

  1. Agent-run media appears. Newsletters and shows with one human editor.

  1. Software becomes disposable. Built in hours. Used for days. Deleted.

  1. The PDF lead magnet dies. Replaced by micro-tools you vibe-code in an afternoon. Solves one problem. Costs pennies.

  1. Blue-collar trades become safe havens. Plumbers out-earn middle managers.

  1. Trust collapses. Deepfakes go mainstream. Proof of personhood required.

  1. A new class of AI implementors emerges. Not coders. Operators wiring AI into real businesses. They print money. (This is what I do.)

That's where I come in.

I'm currently helping a few business owners get 10+ hours/week back using AI workflows.
